Craven Fawcett Welcome New Service Engineer Joe

Craven Fawcett New Service Engineer Joe Moorhouse - supporting the service & maintenance team

We are delighted to announce that Joe Moorhouse has recently joined the Craven Fawcett team as a Service Engineer.

In his new role, Joe will be supporting the Craven Fawcett service team, who successfully deliver a range of planned service and maintenance contracts and rapid-response call-outs to ensure our machines continue to deliver optimum performance.

The team plays a critical role in helping keep our clients' clay preparation and brick manufacturing machinery operational, whilst minimising downtime, quickly identifying root causes, and resolving issues efficiently. They often respond to urgent call-outs with little notice and at any time during the day.

Joe brings over 10 years of engineering experience to his new role, having previously worked in the rail industry. His career progressed from mechanical fitter to eventually leading a small mechanical fitting team, so he fully understands the importance of good communication, strong working relationships, accountability, and working to tight timeframes — all key elements to help small teams deliver to their best possible performance.

During his time working within the rail industry, Joe worked on repairing damaged rolling stock, identifying issues, and stripping down and replacing spare parts.

Good luck in your new role, Joe, from both the Craven Fawcett and Group Rhodes teams.
