High-speed rollers used for the fine grinding of clays and the dispersion of any harmful inclusions, such as lime. Craven Fawcett rolls shells are available in two grades of hardness to suit individual applications (500 – 550 Brinell and 550-600 Brinell). The 1000mm x 600mm wide rolls allow an output of up to 50 tonnes per hour with a 1.5 mm roll gap.
