Tile Bat Machine
- Produces continuous ribbon of clay suitable for feeding to Double Tile Press for final pressing of stiff plastic roofing tiles.
- Produces tiles free from lamination and stresses.
Output: 10,000 tile bats per hour. (250x160x12mm nominal fired size).

Double Tile Press
- Accepts cut ribbons of clay from Tile Bat machine for final pressing and piercing.
- Fitted with automatic feed motion to both dies requiring only one operator.
Output: 3,000 tiles per hour.
Power Input: 5.5kW.
Stiff Plastic Brick Making Machines
- Designed to work with dry ground clays, shales or fireclays, for production of green bricks at approximately 12% moisture content.
- Especially suited to manufacture of high class facing and engineering bricks.
- Four models available according to raw material and end product requirement.
Output: 1,200 - 2,500 bricks per hour.
