Small Hydraulic Presses

• Recommended for the manufacture of stoppers, round or square runners, and nozzles from extruded slugs used in the refractory industry.
• Available in 10 or 20 tonnes capacity.
• Up to 1.4m stroke.

Large Hydraulic Presses

• A range of presses from 250 - 500 tonnes capacity.
• Designed to press semi-dry refractory materials used in the steel industry.
• Includes machines with single or shuttle die, automatic machines with floating mould boxes and other special presses.
• Supplied in range of sizes according to requirements.

Friction Screw Presses

• Independently driven and fed with extruded clods.
• Produces special shaped blocks.
• Model BPD has maximum block size of 380 x 305 x 105mm and can be fitted with a 560mm stroke for pressing stoppers or similar goods.
• Model BPE has maximum block size of 610 x 550 x 150mm.

Output: 75 - 150 pieces per hour.
Power Input: 5.5kW.

Special Hydraulic Press

• 40 tonne, 125mm stroke machine for use in 'specials' section within a fully automated brick factory.
• Suitable for pressing almost any shape of extruded section.
• Protected by photo-electric light guard system for operator safety.
• Electronically programmable main press cylinder gives precise and repeatable stroke positioning of main cylinder.

Output: up to 300 pieces per hour.
Power Input: 7.5kW

Mechanical Presses

• Single or double die machines independently driven and fed with extruded clods.
• Continuous running when pressing bricks or can be operated manually to produce special shapes and sizes including cable covers.
• Eccentric pushing and stopping motion arrests press at top of each stroke to allow removal by hand.

Maximun block size: 203 x 228 x 76mm - single die press. 382 x 228 x 76mm - double die press (one block per pressing).
With modifications, both presses can produce blocks 121mm deep.
Output: 1,000 - 2,000 pieces per hour.

Automatic Sleeve Press

• For high speed production of refractory sleeves and rod covers of both circular or square section for the steel industry.
• Extruded sections are conveyed to machine for final pressing.
• Ejector mechanism and vacuum pick up system allows removal by hand to the drying racks or kiln car.

Output: 400 - 600 pieces per hour.
Power Input: 15kW.
