Cutters

Series 2000 MkIII Brick & Paver Cutter

  • Highly efficient machine for production of standard and modular bricks or chamfered pavers up to 300 x 200mm max. extruded section.
  • Requires slug cutter to pre-cut extruded column plus connecting conveyor (optional extras).
  • Maximum throughput, based on a 24 brick cut is 18,000 - 20,000 bricks per hour of stiff extruded product (typically 2.0 - 2.5 penetrometer reading).

An output of 18,000 per hour with penetrometer reading of 4+ has been achieved with the MkIII cutter.
Output: 18,000 - 20,000 bricks per hour to BSS size.

Series 2000 Double Sided Multiwire Cutter

  • Fully automatic machine for high output of bricks or blocks.
  • Uses single or double sided delivery onto take off conveyor (optional) or into mini setting machine (optional)
  • Arranged in two sections with connecting conveyor which transfers extruded slug for cutting into bricks by pushing through bank of wires.
  • Suitable for connection to pallet feed system.

Output: up to 14,000 bricks per hour single sided, (18,000 bricks per hour double sided).
Power Input: 11kW

Side Cutter Type 4

  • Basic design cuts bricks or hollow blocks from soft to medium stiff extruded column with maximum cross section of 305 x 230mm.
  • Cuts measured length or 'slug' from extruded column and subsequently pushes it through a bank of wires depositing cut bricks at take-off position.

Output: 3,000 - 4,000 bricks per hour.
Power Input: 2.8kW (total for 3 motors)

Pneumatic Block Sleeve Cutter

  • Cuts almost any shape of extruded section to length prior to pressing.

Output: Up to 360 pieces per hour.

Palletiser Attachment (Rotary Cutter)

  • Recommended for cutting small pellets of clay, bentonite and other materials.
  • Mounts onto barrel of extruder.
  • Drive is through variable speed gear unit connected to a rotary cutter.
  • Hinged assembly for easy access to cutter blades and shredder plate.
  • Fitted with a shear pin overload device.
  • Fully guarded and electrically interlocked for safety.
