Extruders

Series 2000 Centex 430 Extruder

  • The high output range of Centex extruders produce solid bricks, perforated bricks or hollow blocks, by either the soft of stiff extrusion process.
  • The machine incorporates a large capacity double shafted mixer/ plugsealer and is driven by precision helical gears.
  • Easy servicing and maintenance via large access doors fitted to the de-airing chamber.

Output: 12,000 - 20,000 bricks per hour.
Power Input: Extruder 150 - 260kW, Mixer/pugsealer 75 - 100kW

Steele 75 and 90 Extruders

  • The Steel range of de-airing extruders are designed for stiff extrusion of bricks, hollow blocks or pipe at medium or high capacity.
  • Separate single shaft mixer/pugsealers with independant helical gearboxes, can be arranged at right angles or in tandem to suit site layout. (Double vacuum pugsealers available should extra pugging be required).

Output: 75AD model: 12,000 - 15,000 bricks per hour (stiff extrusion)
90BD model: 15,000 - 30,000 bricks per hour (stiff extrusion)
Power Input: 75AD model: 185-220kW (extruder), 110kW (pugsealer)
90BD model: 224-450kW (extruder), 115-224kW (pugsealer)

Series 2000 Centaur 510 Extruder

  • The Centaur range of heavy duty extruder is recommended for the production of solid or perforated bricks and hollow ware.
  • A separate double shafted mixer/pugsealer can be mounted in line or at right angles to suit plant layout.
  • Suitable for stiff extrusion enabling direct setting.
  • Drive by helical gearing.

Output: 10,000 - 16,000 bricks per hour.
Power Input: 110-168kW (extruder), 60-90kW (mixer/pugsealer).

Series 2000 Centrim 410 Extruder

  • Heavy duty machine combines 406mm diameter extruder with large capacity double shafted mixer/pugsealer.
  • Ideal for production of solid or perforated bricks and hollow ware.
  • Particularly suitable for stiff extrusion, enabling products to be set directly onto a kiln car.

Output: 10,000 -16,000 bricks per hour.
Power Input: 90-150kW (extruder), 60-75kW (mixer/pugsealer)

Series 2000 Centem 410 Extruder

  • De-airing extruder with combined double shafted mixer/pugsealer ideal for inclusion in a specials plant.
  • Extrudes virtually any shape of brick.
  • Drive is through a spur reduction gearbox.
  • Variable speed drive optional.

Output: 3,000 - 4,000 bricks per hour.
Power Input: 110kW.

13" & 16" PLM Extruder

  • Recommended for prepared clay feed method of producing bricks, hollow blocks and field drainage pipes.
  • Can be fitted with either 330 or 406mm diameter augers and a single shafted feeder.

Output: 13"PML 3,000 - 4,000 standard bricks per hour.
16"PML 4,000 - 8,000 standard bricks per hour.
Power Input: 13"PML - 60kW.
16"PML - 110kW
