Rotary Silo Feeder

• Free standing silo for ground clay storage with minimum particle segregation.
• Incorporates power operated pivoted plough units for extraction of material at varying positions.

Capacity: 65 - 100 tonnes (based on material density of 1.4 tonnes/cubic metre).
Output: up to 50 tonnes per hour per plough.
Power Input: 7.5kW via independant friction drive unit.

Rotary Plastic Feeder

• Provides clay storage in 3,6 or 9 tonnes capacity.
• Supplies an even feed of prepared plastic clays from single or double discharge doors.
• Ideal for buffer storage between preparation machinery and extruder.

Output: up to 60 tonnes per hour
Power Input: 11kW

Series 2000 Circular Screen Feeder

• Feeder with 1.5m and 1.9m diameter drum.
• Ideal for mixing and homogenising prepared material.
• Provides an even feed to other machines in the flow line.
• Intensive mixing/extrusion action breaks down laminates previous roller mills may have produced.
• Material is extruded or expressed through perforated side plates by two revolving scraper arms whilst twin stirring arm thoroughly mixes the material(s).
• Independently driven rotating collecting table - revolves in the opposite direction to the arms, providing uniform discharge.

Output: up to 100 tonnes per hour (max - depending on model,material,size of perforations,speed & moisture content)
Power Input: 100kW + 4kW for collecting plate drive.

Even Feeders

• Multi worm feeders for even feed of ground or plastic clay from large capacity storage hoppers.
• Large area covered by worms at base of hopper makes feeder ideal for most processed materials.
• Hoppers designed to suit individual applications.

Capacity: Up to 60 tonnes depending on type of clay.
Output: 3 - 60 tonnes per hour
Power Input: 4 - 15kW
