Series 2000 'Autoset' Fine Roller Mill
4 sizes available: 1000mm dia x 600mm, 800mm or 1200mm wide and 1200 dia x 1000mm wide.
- Rolls run at similar or differential speeds.
- Fitted with 'Autoset' hydraulic gap setting mechanism with digital readout.
- Roll shells of 500 - 600+ Brinell hardness for long life.
Output: up to 100 tonnes per hour
(variable depending on size of rolls, speed of operation, gap setting, material, feed system and power input).
Turning Attachment
- Roll machining attachment incorporates Boron Nitride insert for fast re-facing of Rolls in situ.
1200 x 1000 FRM
- Heavy duty construction, rolls can operate at medium or high speed.
- Fitted with breaker plate or hydraulic overload device, pneumatic roll scrapers and micro adjustment for roll gap setting.
- Roll machining is by separate turning attachment.
990 x 610 FRM
- Rolls can operate at medium or high speed.
- Fitted with breaker plate overload device.
- Roll truing is by separate turning attachment.
