Heavy Duty Toothed Crushing Rollers

• Crushes large pieces of hard shale, plastic clay, marl and fireclay of 450-1000mm cube size prior to feeding the grinding mill or other plant.
• Machine drive through a Triple gear reduction box.
• Rollers are fitted with long-life manganese steel crusher segments.

Crusher sizes: 794 dia x 914mm wide, and 946 dia x 1219mm wide.
Output: 45-150 tonnes per hour (depending on model)
Power required: 18-55kW

Series 2000 High Speed Crusher

• Primary crusher ideal for soft to medium hard materials
• Hydraulic variable speed drive is fitted as standard, making the machine virtually unbreakable
• For crushing big and/or moist materials, a packer shaft (optional) may be fitted to prevent bridging in the feed hopper.
• Input size of 600mm and a crushed output size of 40 x 40 x 25mm.

Output: up to 100 tonnes per hour (depending on hardness & size of material)
Power required: 90kW (motor included in power unit).

Series 2000 Tri-Lobe Crusher

• Tri-Lobe Crusher can replace primary crusher and wet pan for certain material preparation
• Reduces foundation work, with additional savings on installation, conveyors and maintenance costs.
• Consists of 2 rotors with renewable tri-lobular sections for acting as a primary crusher and then as a final sizer by pushing material through curved, slotted plates. Tri-lobular design rotors give the advantage of variable crushing angles and a wedge action when forcing material through slotted plates.

Output: up to 80 tonnes per hour
